New twists inspire old favorites

Chef Jeff Bentley keeps coming up with good reasons for folks to visit Doc Henderson's Restaurant in Marysville. One example: seasonal fried green tomatoes ($6), cooked in the traditional manner with a breading crisped by frying. These tomatoes differ from others by including a breaded and fried goat-cheese patty, and a dressing of horseradish- and-mustard-flavored cream. (Full review)
