Dance Tradition with Thiossane West African Dance Institute Workshop

The King Arts Complex and Thiossane West African Dance Institute will present instruction in West African dance accompanied by drummers. The week long workshop will include warm ups, instruction of basic movement, introduction of dance origins that will provide an opportunity to understand the language of music as it relates to the movements. This agenda is designed for age appropiate, experienced and novice participants.
